Below are the simple steps for the process of becoming our dealers.
Order Steps
(Step 1) Please inquire us through Contact Form with your business information.
Self introduction, phone number, and company name (if apply), please.
(Step 2) We normally get back to you for taking care of your inquiry with detailed order sheet
and price list.
(Step 3) Please give us your order list. We'll check our inventory and notify you
with estimated cost.
(Step 4) We will ask you for an advance payment via PayPal or telegraphic transfer.
As soon as we receive your payment, we will pack your order to ship it out.
Minimum Order Value
- Minimum Order Value (MOV) is US$1,000 for the each order, excluding shipping cost.
(You can combine and make the order from many brands for the MOV.)
- Volume discount would be considered with the amount of your single order.
Payment
- Advance payment only because of international trade.
- We have prepared wide variety of payment method such as PayPal, Credit Card or Bank Transfer.
(For the qualified repeat customers, we will consider to give you 30 days payment terms later)
Shipping
- Shipping will be via Japan Post or FedEx.
We recommend to use EMS by Japan Post, Reasonable, Fast, Secure & Traceable. If necessary, you can select FedEx for faster delivery and door to door service.
-We will charge actual shipping cost added to your Invoice. We'll make the effort to apply the reasonable shipping service. If you select EMS, the shipping fee will be 5-10% of your invoice value.
- Shipping costs are depending on destination and order weight.
Others
- No refund is accepted unless there is damage at the time of shipment.
- Damage caused by Transit (other than damage by Customs check) can be covered within the range of the insurance.
- Insurance fee and Fuel surcharge are included in the shipping fee in advance.
- Your order may be subject to taxes such as VAT and/or Customs duty, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to pay the taxes such as VAT and/or Customs duty upon receipt of the item.
- We ship your order DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
